Stanley & Sons / The Hill-Side Sashiko and Indigo Tote

What is there to be said about this awesome sashiko fabric bag we made with The Hill-Side fabric exclusively for Hickoree's? We got to push our construction and detail to the max with all of the pieces we just made them. This bag features cone indigo duck cloth throughout. The rim of the bag has hand-wrapped indigo duck cloth surrounding our standard webbing. The straps are made of two pieces of indigo, folded and joined to create the handles. We do not use any folders and all of these straps/details etc. are done by hand, carefully. The pocket top has exposed selvage. Below are some pictures of the sample we made with about two months of wear and a wash- the color gets CRAZY! This bag is an indigo lover's dream.
